2009 BC Provincials Disc Golf Tournament

September 5-6 2009, Bowen Park Disc Golf Course, Nanaimo BC

Schedule:

FRIDAY
2:00-4:30pm: Registration at Bowen Park
5:00pm: Random Draw Doubles at Bowen Park
7:30pm: Disc Swap, sell and trade in the pavilion at Living Forest Campground

SATURDAY
8:00-9:30am: Registration at Bowen Park
9.30am: Players Meeting
10:00am: Tee off for first 27 holes
2:00pm: Tee off for second 27 holes

There will be sandwiches for a nominal fee for lunch and you can order dinner in the morning when you register and it will be ready when you show up for the party at Acme Foods.

SUNDAY
9:30am: Players meeting
10:00am: Tee off for final round of 27
2:00pm: Beer garden will open in Rec center
3:00pm: Awards presentation in Beer garden

There are 21 campsites booked at the Living forest with full hookups at 30 dollars per night in the group camping area and 4 are already spoken for. If you are planning to camp contact Dan Walker 1-250-752-0616 or email discgolfdan@bcsupernet.com

The Howard Johnson down the street from Bowen Park has offered rooms at 30% off for disc golfers so book soon.

All pro divisions are 50 dollars and amateur are 30 dollars with novice and junior being 20 dollars and there is a 10 dollar extra fee if you do not belong to the PDGA.

This is a PDGA event and will follow PDGA rules etc and we will have most PDGA divisions as long as 4 sign up for that division. Sponsor packages are available gold for 400, silver for 200 and bronze for 100.
